2025 U.S. SOCCER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING REGISTRATION


Registration Information

Registration for the 2025 U.S. Soccer Annual General Meeting closes WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29.

Delegate registration is free, and your organization may also register Alternates or Guests for a fee. If you have individuals who will ONLY attend the Friday Night Event and/or Saturday Awards Dinner, you may also purchase tickets specifically for these events. Your organization is not required to have Alternates if you do not wish to do so.

Registration is split into two Universe pages:

  1. To register a Delegate, Alternate, or Guest who will accompany you throughout AGM, register here. To register using an Access Key, follow the step-by-step instructions at the bottom of this page. Registration as a Delegate, Alternate, or Guest includes registration for the Friday Night Event and Saturday Awards Dinner, should you wish to attend either event.

    Anyone registering as a Delegate or Alternate must provide a passport-style credential photo here: https://bit.ly/2025agmcredphoto. (Please note that uploading a photo does not constitute registering as a Delegate or Alternate and that you must register using the Universe link.)

  2. To register an individual who will ONLY attend the Friday Night Event and/or Saturday Awards Dinner, register here.

You may register up to your maximum number of Delegates. However, if you choose to register fewer than the maximum, the number registered will carry the full voting weight of your organization, provided that no individual would be casting more than 2% of the total weighted vote. If your organization has not registered the minimum number to comply with the 2% rule, U.S. Soccer will follow up after the registration deadline to register additional Delegates.

If your organization registers players, all 2024 player registrations and associated payments must be received by U.S. Soccer by Monday, January 27 in order to remain eligible to vote in the National Council Meeting. This deadline also applies to any outstanding membership dues.

UNIVERSE ACCESS KEYS

Unique Access Keys were provided to all members via email on October 9. The Access Keys are tied to the number of Delegate(s) and Alternate(s) allowed per U.S. Soccer Bylaw 302. For Member Organizations whose Delegate numbers are based on player registration, the number of Delegates has been based on 2023 player registrations. Your organization’s final voting strength will be based on 2024 player registration numbers.

Once the maximum number of Delegates and Alternates have been registered, the Access Keys will no longer be valid. Once registered, attendees will receive automated confirmations via email. If you have registered but have not received automated confirmation, please reach out to agm@ussoccer.org.

STEP-BY-STEP DELEGATE / ALTERNATE REGISTRATION GUIDE

STEP 1: Go to the 2025 AGM registration page on Universe.

STEP 2: Click the blue REGISTER button.

 
 

STEP 3: In the box that appears, click “Have an access key?” at the bottom.

 
 

STEP 4: Enter the Access Key you received via email in the field that appears and then click UNLOCK.

 
 

STEP 5: If registering as a Delegate, after clicking UNLOCK, a free Delegate ticket type will appear. Depending on your role within the National Council, you may see another type rather than Delegate (e.g., Life Member, Athlete Council, etc.). Choose the number of Delegates that you would like to register from the number dropdown. Do not select more than 1 unless you are registering more than one individual at the same time. If you will be casting the full voting weight of your organization, select 1 and the full weight will be applied to you for the NCM.

 
 

If registering as an Alternate, after clicking UNLOCK, the Alternate ticket type will appear.

 
 

If you are registering multiple people from your organization at the same time, you are able to use both the Delegate and Alternate Access Keys in the same transaction if needed.

STEP 6: After selecting the number you wish to register, click CONTINUE to move on to the next screen. Complete the requested information and click REGISTER to complete your order. If you are registering any Alternates or Guests, you will also be required to enter payment information. When complete, you should receive a confirmation email via the email address provided.
