2026 U.S. SOCCER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


The 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place at the The Westin Peachtree Plaza in Atlanta, GA from February 19-22, 2026. Once the schedule is confirmed, it will be added to this site.

Registration is open and will close Wednesday, January 21. Member Organizations and others with a vote in the National Council should use the Access Keys provided via email to register as a Delegate or Alternate. Additional information on registering for the event is available on the Registration page.

Accommodations at The Westin Peachtree Plaza should be booked using the passkey link provided with your registration confirmation. This link was also provided to Member Organizations via email along with their Access Keys for registration. Rooms must be booked by Tuesday, January 27.


Important deadlines for the 2026 Annual General Meeting:

  • Monday, August 25: Life Member nomination deadline
    (180 days before National Council Meeting per Bylaw 231)

  • Friday, October 24: Bylaw amendment proposal deadline - information on proposing amendments to the U.S. Soccer Bylaws here
    (120 days before National Council Meeting per Bylaw 801)

  • Tuesday, December 23: Presidential candidate deadline
    (60 days before National Council Meeting per Bylaw 401)

  • Tuesday, January 20: Member payment deadline
    (All 2025 player registrations and associated payments as well as any outstanding membership dues must be received by U.S. Soccer by this date to remain eligible to vote in the National Council.)

  • Wednesday, January 21: Attendee registration deadline

  • Tuesday, January 27: Room block deadline
